This gorgeous property already had lots of open spaces which gave us a chance to add stunning touches without major construction work. The client had a strong respect for nature and wanted the home to reflect this.Â
The main living and kitchen area connected to the huge liveable deck and garden. Made even better with a huge vertical folding window from the kitchen to the bbq zone.
The Bathroom spaces received a Clay and Lime wash, an earthy water-tight finish which added beautifully to the clients brief...Â

Burton House
A unique indoor meets outdoor cooking area was created for our Gastronome Clients. They required the best an entertainers kitchen could offer with plenty of hard wearing work surfaces whilst also open to family and guests when all gathered.Â
Not only is this area infused with effortless quality the updated kitchen configuration ensures functionality is maximised.
Powder Room Perfection
This elegant home wanted to modernise and refresh their 100year old Federation home. In the powder room we created a soft, romantic environment where all guests feel warm and invited. The wonderful mix of pattern and texture offered a connection between the home as its stands and its new renovation updates. The result is a place of balance and beauty, in harmony with its Heritage surroundings.

This elegant property had lots of open spaces, and gave us a chance to apply the simplest contemporary touches.
The humid weather was also taken into consideration with the use of Koi ponds, stone and granite surfaces effectively cooling the space.Â
Natural Light was a priority so automated Blinds that reacted to weather conditions were installed.
